HealCode is one of those truly special life experiences. Our partnership with MINDBODY genuinely benefits both companies and the availability of our software helps MINDBODY's clients be more successful - as a result of which, they're happier. How cool is that? So I guess in a literal way, we’re in the business of making MINDBODY’s clients happier. And to think - this all came out of trying to solve a need for my wife's JoyMoves Pilates studio.

HealCode has been one of the most rewarding projects that I've led for 2 straightforward reasons. First, we have a super dedicated team of software developers who are a total pleasure to work with and, second, we work incredibly closely with MINDBODY’s development team to make the widgets function as seamlessly as possible. In fact, it actually feels like we’re another one of their development teams.

HealCode's a fun project for me. It combines my passions for hard core programming and design aesthetics. I'm lovin' it. When not working on HealCode you'll find me surfing up and down the California coast.

Helping HealCode grow into a business with tons of clients is like a dream. Add to that the fact that we've got the most appreciative and interesting customers – and that makes HealCode an even more amazing company to work for. Besides technical support, I also write our e-blasts and handle our Facebook and Twitter posts – and you’ll see me at the MINDBODY University events. Outside of HealCode, I enjoy being in the sun, doing computer stuff (duh) and writing.

Before joining HealCode, I was the front desk manager at the JoyMoves Pilates studio for two years – where I was able to learn how to use MINDBODY pretty thoroughly. When HealCode came along, I saw first hand how our studio’s members loved the widgets. It’s so rewarding to be able to speak the same language as MINDBODY clients – and then help them see how HealCode’s widgets can make life better for them.

I have been a web developer and programmer for over a decade. I joined HealCode in 2011 and it's been a blast. I suspect our clients think "widgets" are just simple things - but there's a ton of technology and sophisticated code behind them. I help keep all that behind the scenes. When not programming, I perform and teach improv at The Hideout Theatre (in Austin, Texas).

Two things I enjoy doing are coding (well) and "staying off the grid". But many times those things seem to be mutually exclusive. Also I hug people a lot and am kind to strangers. Here's one now. **HUG**
